Taylor Rhodes is an influential Second Amendment communicator and strategist leading the National Association for Gun Rights’ messaging efforts. As Communications Director, he spearheads grassroots outreach, media campaigns, and policy narrative development, amplifying a “no-compromise” approach to gun rights nationwide. Rhodes brings a decade of experience in political consulting, campaign management, and grassroots mobilization, including roles with the Republican National Committee and the Colorado GOP, complemented by hands-on advocacy at Rocky Mountain Gun Owners, where he led high-impact state campaign efforts. Taylor founded Rhodes Consulting, LLC, a political consulting firm where he ran and advised on political campaigns and advocacy initiatives, from municipal elections to presidential races. Based out of Hoover, Alabama.
A Southern Miss and Liberty University alum with an MS in Marketing and PR, Taylor blends strategic communications with passion for firearms education and culture, describing himself as a political junkie, sports fanatic, and master bourbon taster. Known for candid social engagement (“I WILL NOT COMPLY.”), he equips gun owners with knowledge on policy, safety, and civic action.

David Covey is a grassroots leader, policy strategist, and civic engagement expert who has spent years helping citizens, organizations, and community leaders influence government and drive meaningful change. Drawing on experience in public policy, legislative affairs, political leadership, and community advocacy, he equips audiences with practical strategies for leadership, coalition building, and effective civic engagement.
