Biography

Kevin Fulton is an accomplished attorney, political leader, and combat veteran who has dedicated his career to public service and community empowerment. A decorated U.S. Army veteran, he served in Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Provide Comfort.  After earning his J.D. from Western State University in 2001, he founded The Fulton Law Group in Houston, which provides comprehensive legal services, including business, employment, real estate, and family law, while emphasizing ethical integrity and pro bono support.

In his political work, Kevin served as Vice Chair of the Harris County Republican Party, where he promoted unity across party factions, prioritized grassroots organizing, technological innovation in voter outreach, and stable infrastructure to rebuild local conservatism. He remains an active Texas Bar leader, serving on the Justice of the Peace Courts Section and Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.
