Javier A. Hernández, born in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico, is an accomplished author, artist, linguist, and decolonization advocate. Holding a B.A. in Political Science & International Relations (FIU), an M.A. in International Communication (American University), and an M.S. in Education (Lehman College), he is also a certified expert in diplomacy, emergency management, homeland security, and non‑violent conflict resolution. The hyperpolyglot speaks nine languages and reads thirteen, revitalizing the Taino language and contributing to Aljamiado restoration.
As founder of Editorial Libros El Telégrafo and FlagArts.co, his work encompasses publishing, flag design (including a proposed Puerto Rican coat of arms and diaspora flag), and cultural preservation. Javier’s book PREXIT: Forging Puerto Rico’s Path to Sovereignty presents a comprehensive blueprint for Puerto Rican independence, sparking vital dialogue on post-colonial strategy.

Dr. Gavin Clarkson, Esq., is a Partner at Howard & Howard. He is a Choctaw Tribal Member and the Nation’s Leading Scholar in Tribal Finance. Dr. Clarkson is also a worldwide recognized expert in Indigenous rights. Gavin was the former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy & Economic Development Indian Affairs during the 2016 Trump Administration.
