Colonel Rob Maness is a highly decorated 32-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having commanded both a bomber squadron and the massive 377th Air Base Wing at Kirtland Air Force Base. He served in combat across multiple theaters—including Operations Desert Storm, Just Cause, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom—and was on duty in the Pentagon on 9/11, playing a crucial role in response coordination.
