JAMAICA– Aerial Recovery, the veteran-led nonprofit organization known for its anti-trafficking operations across South America and rapid disaster response capabilities, is deploying a specialized humanitarian team to Jamaica in response to the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa. The team is expected to arrive with the first wave of relief cargo planes as early as Thursday morning, bringing critical supplies, advanced geomapping technology, and trained personnel to assist with search and rescue operations.
Jeremy Locke and Britnie Turner, Aerial Recovery team leader and Co-Founders, will be available for live interviews beginning Thursday afternoon via mobile Starlink communication. Locke and his team will be conducting:
Aerial Recovery's Humanitarian Special Operators, retired military personnel trained for high risk humanitarian missions, bring elite skills and equipment to crisis zones. The organization's recent disaster response work includes:
Hurricane Relief Operations (North Carolina): Deployed teams for immediate search and rescue, supply distribution, and community support in storm-devastated regions.
International Anti-Trafficking Operations: Recent missions in Peru resulted in the rescue of 28 young victims and the arrest of 23 Tren de Aragua network members through coordinated operations with the Peruvian National Police.
Natural disasters are sadly huge catalysts for human trafficking and exploitation. The team's dual expertise in both disaster response and counter-trafficking operations uniquely position them to address immediate humanitarian needs, search and rescue efforts while combating exploitation risks that tragically plague post-disaster environments.
Aerial Recovery is a veteran-led nonprofit organization committed to saving lives and stopping evil by deploying trained Humanitarian Special Operators to support anti-trafficking operations, disaster response, and survivor aftercare around the world. Through global partnerships and elite training, Aerial Recovery brings expertise, resources, and hope to the frontlines of the world's most urgent crises.
Their mission is to Save Lives & Stop Evil.
